You may only upload and print artwork you own or have rights to reproduce. By placing an order, you confirm you have permission to print the files submitted.
There's no strict file-size limit, but artwork must fit within 22" wide film. Your total length is calculated automatically based on how designs are arranged.
We print what you upload as-is, but if something looks off, we'll reach out before printing whenever possible.
DPI means dots per inch. For best results, upload at 300 DPI at the size you want it printed.
We recommend PNG files with transparent backgrounds. High-resolution files = better prints.
Transfers arrive rolled and protected, ready to press.
Most orders ship same or next business day. Fast is kind of our thing.

Pricing is based on total billable linear feet in the builder. Your total updates automatically as you add designs, sizes, and quantities.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are full-color prints on film that you heat-press onto garments. They're vibrant, durable, and great for short runs or production.
Press at 300°F for 12 seconds with firm pressure. Warm peel after pressing. Instructions are included in your shipment. A second press is optional for extra durability and added texture.
Upload PNG files with transparent backgrounds. If it previews cleanly in the builder, you're good to go.
We aim for accurate, vibrant color, but exact matches can vary by monitor settings, artwork profiles, and garment color. If you need critical matching, email us first.
For best results, avoid ultra-thin lines. A safe rule is 1–2 pt minimum for fine details at print size. If it looks too thin on preview, it'll likely print too thin.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order total. You'll see the cost before you pay — no surprises.
Not at this time (yet). We currently ship within the lower 48.
Because transfers are custom-printed, we can't accept returns on correctly produced orders. If there's an issue with print quality or damage in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.
