What Is a DTF Gang Sheet? (And Why Print Shops Love Them)

If you’re new to DTF printing, you may have heard the term “DTF gang sheet” and wondered what it actually means.

A DTF gang sheet is a large transfer sheet that combines multiple designs onto one sheet to maximize space and reduce cost. Instead of ordering individual transfers one at a time, you can fit multiple logos, designs, sizes, or customer orders onto a single gang sheet.

At Transfer Hippo, our custom gang sheet builder makes the process fast and easy with no complicated setup required.

Why Use DTF Gang Sheets?

DTF gang sheets are popular because they help apparel brands, print shops, and small businesses:

  • Save money on custom transfers

  • Print multiple designs at once

  • Reduce wasted space

  • Speed up production

  • Handle small orders profitably

Whether you’re printing left chest logos, full front designs, sleeve prints, or hat transfers, gang sheets help you organize everything onto one easy-to-press sheet.

Who Uses DTF Gang Sheets?

DTF gang sheets are commonly used by:

  • Screen print shops

  • Clothing brands

  • Etsy sellers

  • Sports teams

  • Small businesses

  • Event printers

  • Side hustle apparel brands

Because there are no minimums, they’re perfect for both small runs and bulk orders.
